I have had the exact same symptoms for a very long time and I have been prescribed lots of different types of anti inflammatory drugs and pain killers. I have never had a diagnosis or a explanation of any GP .  I thought it might be sciatica. It is like a droning ache constantly down my left buttock to my ankle ache ache ache . I feel your pain but I have no cure . Sorry

Hi I have the exact same condition but not my ankle it's behind my knee. And upper leg. I have also just suffers with really bad sciatica where I couldn't walk for a week. Took me out of work. As soon as my simptoms started to subside I went back to work. If I don't work I don't get paid so I had to go back. If I could have had another week off I would have to make sure I was fully healed. Hope this helps. I advise keep active and don't do anything strenuous. In my job this is not an option as I work in a scrap yard and everything is physical and very much hands on. Peace

Hi I have had the same thing but this can be during the day aswell but not in the buttocks just thighs  in both thighs not at the same time its either 1 or the other this has been on and off for 2 years have had bloods done at doctors all that was wrong was a slightly low white cell blood count nothing dramatic  so still dont know why it is still happening. Paracetamol seems to take the majority  of ache away?  Gonna go back and see if it would be worth a x-ray or ultrasound 

Hi I have been facing the same issue for a few days the pain came out of nowhere in the back of my thigh under my left bum cheek, it hurts all through out the day and I can feel it when walking. I haven’t done anything strenuous I thought maybe I have slept funny on it or somehow it’s a pulled muscle but when I lay in bed the pain begins around the knee should I be worried?? 

Hi I have haft the same problem for a year, I had an mri and I was told I have sciatica, s1 nerve compression, I was very worried first but if now I know what's causing it, try out sciatica stretches and see if it helps with pain, I'm also using 10

mg amirthipline which is very good for the nerve pain, nerve pain is so bad, you would think only cancer or tumor could cause this pain, but it's actually a damaged nerve...

yes I have had this dull aching in my lower back that radiates into my buttocks and down my legs into my feet aswell and I sometimes get this bruise like feeling on right side of my breast. First urine sample showed infection,  then after taking 3 day antibiotics  symptoms remained same, did another urine sample they said no infection found, very strange so now they gave me different antibiotics for a week .iam very worried, iam 46yr old had 4 children and never smoked and iam non drinker too. gp does not seem concerned but iam panicking googling about symptoms and worried I have cancer . After I urinate I seem to ache more I don't know why. the aching is worse at night laying down or sitting. when iam out and about I cant feel it as much. anyone else got like me?
