I really could use some advice, I'm feeling so very alone and don't know where to turn.

Hi lovely,
How long did it take for your results to come back?
I've had endometriosis since 13 and have had it operated on several times (now 40) I currently have the coil fitted and have been experiencing the following for about 6 months
daily cramps (period pains)
painful sex
bleeding after sex
spotting
bleeding from vagina when I sometimes poo
pain in back and legs
some odd smelling discharge (a really odd smell)
I put off going to doctors as thought it would go away.
had my routine smear on 23rd...got told they couldn't see my threads of coil and I had a very large cyst so sent me for a ultrasound.
I had a text from GP to say coil is in the right place but she needs to wait for smear results. When I asked receptionist how long they are taking as I'm so much pain she informed me 12 weeks
Hi All,
Looking for some reassurance. I have had implants since 2011 so periods have always been a bit irregular in the sense of anywhere between 14 and 40 odd days between. Last week I caught myself using an applicator tampon so I checked myself and found 3 small pea like lumps on my cervix. One week on and I'm still bleeding, I have pain in my tummy, lower back and upper legs and generally feel a bit under the weather. I'm seeing my doctor on Friday and have requested a cervical examination. I'm trying to persuade myself it's ok as I had a clear smear result in 2020 and had the HPV vaccine as a teenager
Hi, I hope you're well? Did you get your results? I am having exactly the same symptoms, have done for months. I have a smear booked for tomorrow. I know something isn't right as I'm in constant pain.
Hello Trace and welcome to the forum.
I noticed you were hoping to hear from Marmitelover. I just wanted to let you know they haven't been on the forum since making that post in April so there's a chance you may not get a reply.
I really hope this won't be the case but if they don't get back to you, you can either start your own discussion or you can try reaching out to others on more recent and active discussions about this subject.
We're wishing you all the best with your screening tomorrow but if you have any questions or would just like to talk things through with someone then our nurses are just a phone call away on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m.
Kind regards,
Steph, Cancer Chat Moderator
Thank you so much xx
Hi, sorry this was in my junk box. The GP said I had a polyp in my uterus that had prolapsed and that they would refer me. That was almost 6 months ago and I have a hospital appt at the end of this month. However in the last week I have been feeling a full ache in my abdo, a feeling of something stuck inside me and white (not smelly) sticky discharge. My periods are normal but I'm just so upset and this has been going on for so long so I have another GP appt this week and am hoping for some positive news. How did you get on?
Hello sorry to message you but I have exactly same symptoms had an internal test of go, going for an ultrasound tomorrow I'm dreading it x
