I have a lump and had an ultrasound. The NP suggested cancer Without a biopsy and the oncologist did as well without a biopsy. The Oncologist and I had words (Not nice ones). I've since decided not to get a biopsy, found an MD that agrees with me about not getting the biopsy and am using more wholistic methods.

A very warm welcome to our forum. I am sorry to hear about your findings. Has your ultrasound shown up any irregularities?

Can I ask what your MD is doing in the way of more holistic methods, in order to avoid having a biopsy?

Hi Jolamine, thank you for the warm welcome. Much appreciated. I had the one done and haven't been back. That one showed a growth and a node. My doctor of course changed the way I eat, certain supplements like vitamin D sublinqual and emotional healing from the inside out.Other stuff too much to write down, etc. As we are 3-dimensional beings - emotional healing and spiritual healing - That's really where the healing begins in my humble opinion. It has been some time since we heard from you and I am just wondering how you are doing?

I am sorry to hear that you have decided not to have the biopsy.

Whilst I agree that there are many lifestyle and holistic ways of treating cancer, it is easier to treat it once you know exactly what type, grade and stage of cancer you've got. Once you've got these details to hand , you can also see whether or not the changes you are following are working for you.

Emotional and spiritual healing are all very well, but you need a bench mark to be able to see how well they are all working for you.

I hope that you are still keeping well and, holding on to that positive attitude.

Shouldn't be allowed to say it's " what they think" until all tests and results are back and diagnosis confirmed.my partner had 'suspected myeloma and metastasis" which put the fear of God into him and he hadn't fully had all tests or biopsy at this point.it was an infection ( staph aureus) which caused osteomyelitis and septic arthritis which led to him being in hospital for 6 weeks needing iv antibiotics.for at least weeks we thought he had blood cancer and it wasnt even that.he was told by doctor ' I'm soo sorry".we both thought he was dying.totally unacceptable! All he needs now is total hip replacement
