Hi Honeyrose, 

I can imagine this is a bit of a stressful time for you after hearing that you have been fast tracked for a colonoscopy and it is inevitable that you will be asking yourself a lot of questions at the moment. You did well to come here where you will meet others who have suffered similar symptoms and FIT test results and who will be happy to share their story with you. 

You are right to try as much as possible to keep a balanced mindset even if it's not always easy to do so. It won't be long now hopefully until you have your colonoscopy and once it is all done you will hopefully get clarity and reassurance as to what has been causing your symptoms. The hardest thing is what you are going through right now which is the long anxious wait for answers and I thought I would share with you our helpful tips on how to cope while waiting for important news which will give you some good strategies to help you as you are waiting to find out more.
