My GP referred me to hospital under the 2-week rule because of post-menopausal bleeding. My appointment is tomorrow. I am tired, stressed and frightened. I feel exhausted and can’t settle to anything.

The waiting is awful. I keep letting my imagination run riot. My husband is the only person I’ve told. 
Any words of wisdom on coping strategies please?
