Hi Linda I had a post menopausal bleed after 11 months. My bleed was 1 full bleed for 5 days of bright red blood like I had cut myself. The flow was heavy. No cramping or bloating then nothing afterwards. I was diagnosed with atypical hyper plasia of the endometrium. I have been told any bleeding after menopause should not be ignored. I hope you get some answers.
