I am sorry to hear about your symptoms. It is impossible to say whether they are a cause for worry or not. The only way to be sure is to get these checked out. We are always advised to get any new changes in our breasts investigated. I know that you're not a fan of doctors or hospitals, but, if these do turn out to be of significance, the sooner they are attended to the less you'll have to see of doctors and hospitals.
