I just found two hard 20p size lumps in left armpit. And pea sized one on right side of breast 

Hubby says they're sweat spots. Should I worry ?

I tried popping in shower when I first found them. Shaving was hard. And painful 

What should I do? Not a fan of doctors or hospitals
