Hi, I am male and 47 years old, around 18 stone and have had moobs for many years. In recent weeks my right nipple has been reasonably sore, not extreme pain but more an uncomfortable pain. There feels like a hard lump behind and around nipple and is sore to touch. However when lying down or lifting my arm the lump seems to vanish and the area is not sore to touch. Nipple gets hard on a more regular basis compared to before aswell, sometimes feels like a sharp glass feeling. Standing up straight and sitting straight is when it's at it's worst, lying down or arm lifted feels normal. I'm freaking out scared and embarrassed to go to doctor. Can anyone tell me what their breast lump felt like or any symptoms associated with it. Thanks
