I know it's really hard but try if you can not to worry too much and there are so many conditions that are not at all cancer that can be causing similar symptoms. It's good that you have flagged these issues and they are being investigated and it's reassuring news that the pelvis and transvaginal ultrasound have come back normal. The next step now is the FIT test and possibly the colonoscopy and these tests will hopefully shed some light on what is causing these symptoms. 

I hope that you will hear from other members of our community who have experienced similar issues and that they will tell you what it turned out to be for them. It does help to talk to others about this at a time when you are experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety waiting to go through important tests and results. While you are waiting, I thought I would share with you our helpful tips to help you cope with waiting for news.
