I’ve had ongoing abdo pain (right lower side) it’s a dull ache that comes and goes most days for 8 weeks. I’ve also had constipation (this does improve with laxido) and some rectal bleeding (I do suffer with significant haemorrhoids since giving birth in 2024). I’ve had a pelvis and transvaginal ultrasound that’s some back normal so now have to do a FIT test before possibly having a colonoscopy. Really worried, has anyone else has similar symptoms that haven’t had a sinister cause? Really worried!!
