Welcome to the kitty2190, although I'm sorry to hear further tests are needed after having your first mammogram.

We know this must be very scary but I hope it helps to know that getting a call back after having your first mammogram is actually quite common. In fact, quite a lot of our members have experienced this and hopefully some of them will stop by soon to share their experiences and advice.

We also know how difficult it can be to calm an overactive mind so if it would help to talk things through with one of our cancer nurses you can give them a call on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. They're very easy to talk to and they will do all they can to answer your questions and put your mind at ease about what's to come.
