Hello everyone. I have chronic pain in my thoracic spine, just below my bra line. The pain is on the right side of my spine, and pressing over the area can cause a shooting sensation. I mostly feel the pain at night; during the day it’s less noticeable. Sometimes the pain radiates to the flank, and I also experience random bone pain all over my body. Additional symptoms include fatigue and weight loss. I had an MRI of my spine and upper abdomen.
The results noted a few bulging discs and mentioned ill-defined paravertebral lesions in my mid to lower back. All the organs were reported as normal. Ct chest scan was advised.
My questions are: Should I be worried about these lesions? Has anyone had something similar?
Thank you.
