What an anxious time it must be for you as you just found out you have lung lesions. I hope that you will get clarification soon as to what it all means. How frustrating it must have been for you too to wait so long for results to come through. It's good they did that MRI though to try and find out more about the arthritis in your spine and if it was damaged. We have a nurse helpline you can ring if you wanted to ask them more about what these 'lung lesions' may mean or simply feel like talking things through with someone. I wanted to mention too this recent post about lung lesions by Daisysmum which you are welcome to respond to if you wish. This member also mentioned two lung lesions being found incidentally after a CT scan when going through investigations for a suspected heart problem. 

I hope that you will get to speak to someone soon about these findings, that you get definite answers soon and that it all turns out to be nothing of concern. Keeping everything crossed for you and keep us updated if you get a chance as to what you find out.
