I am sorry to hear that you are waiting to be seen at the breast clinic tomorrow morning. Unfortunately, it is impossible to say what either of your lumps are without having tests done to find out. Fortunately, you don't have much long to wait. They should run some tests for you tomorrow - usually an ultrasound and depending on your age, maybe an Mammogram. If there is anything even slightly suspicious, they will then take a biopsy, You usually have a further wait of 1-2 weeks to get the results of this back and it is the biopsy results that determines whether or not there is any cancer present. Although you are attending the breast clinic, make sure that you mention your arm too, as they may be able to put your mind to rest about this. 

You will find that the staff at these clinics are usually very empathetic and pleasant. It is a fact that of all he people who attend the breast clinic, only 20% will get a cancer diagnosis, as not all lumps are cancerous. Many turn out to be benign fibroadenoma or cysts. It is only natural to be scared at this stage, when there are so many unknowns. Believe it or not, this all becomes easier to cope with, irrespective of the outcome,  once you get a diagnosis.
