9.2cm Ovarian cyst and years of symptoms

I have just had an ultrasound scan and discovered that I have a large ovarian cyst on my right ovary (9.2cm in diameter). The sonographer said she thinks it looks like a dermoid and that these are normally benign, but due to its size and nature of it pressing on other organs I will likely need surgery to remove it and also have it biopsied. I am 30 and relatively physically fit, so am hopeful it won’t be malignant however I have had severe pain and gastrointestinal symptoms for the past 4 yrs so I am slightly concerned that it may not be. My ca215 bloods came back within range which is reassuring, but I also know that this isn’t always full proof. I have had severe intermittent abdominal pain, sickness and steatorrhea for the last 4yrs (to the point where I am keeled over and been taken to A&E) at first this was investigated as gallbladder issues and then general IBS/pancreatic enzyme insufficiency and I have had endoscopies, colonoscopies, HIDA scans etc. I am now thinking that these episodes could have been cysts rupturing and/or ovarian torsion. I am very worried because I have had a multitude of ovarian cancer symptoms which have increased in the last year specifically: acid reflux, tummy pain, needing to wee frequently, extreme bloating, nausea, loss of appetite, shooting groin/upper leg pain, periods stopping or bleeding between cycles, bowel issues which I have overlooked as just hormonal changes maybe and IBS. I have an urgent referral to gynaecology yet I am very worried I may be palmed off again. I’m hoping someone on here may have some insight or have been through a similar ordeal? I feel very frustrated and overwhelmed with it all and I am now in constant pain/discomfort. I am aware that malignant dermoid cysts in young women are rare with 1-2% likelihood, but they do occur. It’s just very frightening and it feels like my body is screaming that something isn’t right!
