Please see your GP. More often than not it’ll be a swollen lymph node because you are fighting an infection or run down. However, it can be  sign of something more serious. It was in my case, but it was dealt with & Im in remission. However, worrying about what it might or might not be is a waste of energy. Let someone qualified actually evaluate you & hopefully reassure you or if not direct you to the exceptional oncology services we have aa part of the NHS. Be brave & check it out but don't google. If you need to know more then they will tell you without scaring you to death as Dr Google does! Good luck x
