A very warm welcome to the forum lottie123xo although I'm sorry to hear that you've been referred to the breast clinic after your doctor found a 2cm lump in your breast.

I know how scary this must be, especially since the lump has become more painful and grown slightly since you first became aware it, but try not to panic or think the worst if you can. Much easier said than done I know, but there is a strong possibility that the lump could be benign and hopefully some of our members who have been in a similar position will be along soon to share their outcomes with you.
