Hi all just looking for advice. I’ve always had a few issues with period and fertility etc and three years ago had a non stop bleed that resulted in  D and C which showed nothing too sinister- overgrowth of uterine lining. Due to perimenopause on ongoing heavy bleeding I went on HRT 18 months ago and then came off it  6 months in due to high blood pressure. I then went to see about going back on it because I was not having a period felt bloated had urinary urgency worse than usual and was just feeling blah.  The  Doctor changed my HRT to a gel and progesterone - cyclical. Three months in bad bloating, spotting and abdominal full pain so she ordered an ultrasound. My uterus is enlarged at 127ml and both ovaries enlarged - 29 and 28 ml right ovary shows a thick walled cyst with mixed solid and fluid components , left is a cyst with a separation that has a small vascular flow. Doctor has taken me off HRT which has of course caused a bleed but the bloating is so bad still I barely eat, I don’t drink water because of the urgency, now I’m having thin stools or not going at all… am I just being paranoid or does this sound like i should be asking for something clearer than an ultrasound? Or is that the only option? I’m also pretty active but lately- just fatigued - I still do the work out/ run ok but it feels harder…. 
Should I wait the 3 months for another ultrasound or ask for something else now??
