Theres a chance you could have tonsillitis but I would definitely check with your doctor. 

Hi I know you’re worried but just want to tell you my daughter had her tonsils removed and still gets white patches and tonsillitis her doctor said it’s not unusual to have tonsil tissue grow back. She has lymph node swelling and it usually takes at least two rounds of antibiotics before it starts to clear up. Try not to worry xx
