Hello!

I was wondering if anyone had had similar symptoms to me and it by cyclical. 

I am 47 and perimenopausal. I currently have pain in both breasts which I think is hormonal as I’ve had it once or twice before. 

However, I think one breast looks swollen. The nipple on this breast has leaked (only once)  And also that nipple inverts when I raise my arm. As well as this, there is a slight dimple on the breast below that nipple when I raise my arm. 

Could this all be cyclical also or should I see my GP straight away?
