Hello jembers, I wrote on your first post as I also have an incidental mass very similar. 
when I had my CA125 test I was told it is very likely for a raised amount even if only a cyst as it can signal other things like pelvic inflammatory. The levels can be in their hundreds just on a period so actually the fact that you went to the docs with some post menopause bleeding might actual explain the higher level.

when is your MRI? I am also awaiting mine, I had to have further bloods taken on wed and awaiting my MRI now. 2-4 weeks.

Hi cloudy1986, thanks so much for checking in with me, it means a lot. I've been given an appointment for 23rd December (Merry Christmas!!) I'm clearly on an urgent 2 week wait due to the nature of my cyst, my age and my blood test results. It's very hard not to fear the worst. I'm trying to remind myself that my situation could be completely benign, but due to my terrible habit of googling, I've convinced myself that it's something terrible! I am genuinely sending as many positive thoughts to both of us as I possibly can. X

Ooh...that's my Birthday! I shall therefore raise a glass of good luck and positivity to you. That's assuming I'm not having my own gremlin evicted on the same day! X

Hey Lyns21, not spoken for a while and have been wondering how you've been getting on. I'm glad to hear that you've had some good news about your partner, but I've been more concerned about how you are personally. I see you mentioned that you were still having some issues and losing weight, which was concerning you. From what you've said, this looks like the perfect time to focus on yourself. Reducing your stress and getting the opportunity to step back from all the negative energy that you've had to endure, might just put you on the right track again. X

I can imagine, you are on a rollercoaster just now. How is your eating going? I hope you have lots of support whatever you choose, and I’m glad you have got some breathing space to make decisions for your own life. Someone once said to me when I left my husband “leaving is the brave thing to do” and I’ve never forgotten it. Hopefully you find happiness either way x 

I also looked at going private and the nhs appointment came through. 

£20k…wow. 
all of this has seriously made me think about getting private health insurance!

I think if it was a smaller cyst it would be Jesus cheaper but they said circa £15k just for the bed! Defo think it’s worth considering tbh… but I also have news.., operation is now 15/7 x

They have moved it to 15/7 but will take raised glass to gremlins everywhere x

Sorry for delay, was on holiday last week. So lovely to get away before operation. Oh that’s great news you have had it moved forward. Only 2 weeks now. How you feeling? My op is planned for 9th July. I hope it goes forward, I just want to close this chapter. Hope your symptoms are being kept at bay just now while you wait x

Just have a lot of worries but met the anaesthetist last week and she was lovely, have more tests on the 11/7 and then hopefully good to go for the 15th! Hope you had a great holiday and all crossed for your op on the 9th x
