Hope you don't think I'm crazy. I'm getting my kidneys looked at because of back pain (long story).

But I have never told the doctor about this thing that's been going on at the same time. 

For several months, orgasm has become increasingly painful in a very specific way.  It feels like a childbirth contraction along the bikini line, down along the lower abdomen and curving up to and along my hips.  It's pretty intense and lasts 30-90 seconds, and aches for a while after. 

I don't know that it's related, but the timing is close.  I've used every search term I can think of and nothing has come up. 

Maybe the collective wisdom of the group?  I would be so grateful.
