Thank you.  My granddaughter is poorly so unable to go to nursery so nanny has taken a sick day from work.  My haughtier Beth and willow come first.  She needs to not be anxious right now.  I can’t fix her that’s down to the specialists but I can help with willow.  All very stressful hope you are feeling better today.  Lots of love xx

Hi Beaumont, Nic and all

I hope that your daughter's scans come back with good news, Nic.

I have my PET scan on Wednesday. They've said they'll try to get results back quickly. Doubt it'll be this Friday, so I guess next.

Then they decide about chemo or similar or straight to surgery. Hoping I can keep mirroring you, Beaumont, and end up with no bag, but am worried about that in my case 

I know I should be glad that it's all happening quite quickly for me. From colonoscopy, mei, ct, MDT meeting and feedback, and next PET all in 23 days. But the speed of it all is scaring me. I'm trying to tell myself it's brining me closer to treatment and cure, but I'm also so scared about it being life changing in so many ways. I'm both grateful and blessed whilst also being fearful.

Hi how are you and Beth? I had call from nurse on Friday to say was no lymph node involvement and no further treatment so I'm over the moon with that news , getting about better now just taking it steady ..lots of love xx

Sadly the news for Beth is not good.  Her tumour has shrunk slightly but scans show the nearby lymph node has doubled in size and they can see something g very small on her liver.  So another scan is needed and more than likely more chemo and radiotherapy.  We are devastated xx
