If im honest not great , ended up in hospital with chest pain , taking the tablets 4 twice a day is giving me anxiety i dread it and struggle to eat before them , but spoke to a few and it's quite common , not feeling too bad today tho , let me know how today goes for you both sending love xx

My daughter had her appointment with her oncologist who has said the cancer has not spread to lymph nodes but they can see a small nodule in her bowel.  She will have 3 months of aggressive chemo through a portal under her chest.will be 2 weeks in then 1 week off.  Going to be hard for her especially with a 3 year old. X 

That is alot for you all to take in , when I went to hospital last fri for my first chemo I had a girl nxt to me 33 with 3 young kids and a disabled husband and she was so upbeat and chatty bless her while going through chemo and radiotherapy , im on another chat too and one lady said to remember it's only temporary which I've tried to take on board, how has your daughter taken the appt today ? When will her treatment start ? Its good it's not spread xx

She is positive her oncologist has made a decision to tackle this in a way they would not normally do.  Mainly down to her age.  She is the first person her age she has ever treated for this type of cancer.  Hope it works x

So it sounds like because she's young they are going to blast it quickly , which is good rather than drawn out , they def know what they are on with , I keep saying we have no other choice than to get on with it even tho it's the hardest situation, my friends keep saying I will look bk in 6 months and it will be a distant memory ! I've had a good day today so I'm going to focus on that for tomorrow...we will get through this xx

Absolutely you and my daughter will beat this.  Come out the other side strong. X
