The waiting is the hardest. Easy to say not to worry when you’re on a rollercoaster of emotions/thoughts/scenarios. However you’ve done the right thing getting checked so give yourself a pat on the back for that.

Hi I have family but I live alone im not too bad in the day but at night the thoughts go round and round and my stomach is like a washing machine I know I'm not the only one going through this an yes ur right I got checked many thanks for replying x
