Hi, I haven’t been on here for a bit, hope everyone is doing well. Recently seen the GP for a small pink lump on the back of my hand. Wasn’t concerned initially but she had another look and thought it was sensible to have it biopsied as it could be an early BCC. I’m pretty worried after my breast cancer diagnosis over 2 years ago now and I thought I was doing well. This is quite triggering. There is also a 3 month wait at my hospital to even see someone so that’s annoying.
Has anyone else had a BCC on the back of their hand and was it easily removed? My skin is quite sun damaged and papery on the back of my hands, (only got myself to blame I suppose), so I’m worried it could spread more easily. If it is cancer again I’ll be gutted.
Thanks. Mary
