I am a 59 year old woman who has had a womb lining issue diagnosed through a recent heart check up. I am waiting for a 2 week referral appointment on 20th May.
i lost my sister to breast cancer 4 years ago, followed by my mum to bladder cancer 6 weeks later, so I worry the genetic odds are high. I still have a dependent child at home who has mental health issues so the implication of being diagnosed with cancer is tough and I have no one to talk it through with or help with child care if I get sick.. Also I like many watched cancer take my loved ones and still grieve. I have also feared dying since I lost my close family and no idea what would happen to my daughter.
Any experience of what the tests might be and prognosis might help. Hoping of course not cancerous. My brain is full,
