Feeling very overcome with my emotions, needing to ask forgiveness for passed wrongs

Hi my emotions are all over the place, I keep crying, I feel like running away, I have said sorry to my family and I have asked for their forgiveness for things I have done in the past, how do I make it up to them. Has any one else felt like this.

I feel the same. It is a horrible emotional rollercoaster. I have been having reflexology which helps. I am waiting for the result of the MDT and treatment plan for possible kidney cancer. I hope you get some results soon ?
