I can imagine it's been a really stressful time for you recently after being told you had a thickened uterus lining. I hope that you will get some answers very soon as there's nothing worse than not knowing and being told it could be a number of things. The temptation can then be to look things up online in search for clarity which rarely gives any satisfactory results and will bring up worst case scenarios which might make you even more scared. I hope you won't need to wait long for your hysteroscopy and that it will shed some light on what is going on. We've had quite a few threads in the past from members who have been told they had a thickened uterus lining. Hopeful42 for example posted their story here and was at the time also waiting to have a hysteroscopy so it could be a good person for you to talk to. If you type 'thickened lining' in our forum search which is located at the top of our site, you will be able to see other past threads on the subject and feel free to respond to any you feel would be relevant to you. You are definitely not alone and this is something many members of our community have been through before.
