Hi everyone I’m just searching for some advice or ways to manage. I’m a carer to my daughter and a single parent so my days are quite stressful. I noticed a small white lump on my tonsil along with globus sensation a few days ago. My doctor didn’t ask much questions and has referred me to ENT for suspected cancer.
I am going out my mind with worry and finding it hard to function and sleep. The wait is anxiety provoking and making me feel ill.
