30 yo based in the UK NHS system.
I’ve been undergoing various antibiotics, bloods and tests for enlarged painless lymph nodes for 8 months, I had a CT scan last Friday and received a letter today telling me basically nothing, just that I need to come in and see my haematologist next Thursday.
In others experience, should I be prepared for bad news? Or does this indicate neither?
I hugely underestimated the power of health anxiety, I am genuinely terrified. Any honest advice and knowledge would help me prepare either way.
