Oh and an enlarged uterus. I forgot to mention that. An enlarged uterus and scarring on ovaries, but no mass anywhere

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It's not surprising that you may be feeling confused or unsure about what your GP could feel versus your ultrasound results. 

I think that it would be sensible to make an appointment to see your GP again to discuss the original symptoms that led to your initial examination with them and the ultrasound results. Hopefully they will be able to give you some reassurance, and if appropriate, refer you for further tests or investigations.
