Urgent breast clinic referral after GP visit

I went to the doctors today due to pain in my right breast for the past few weeks, almost like a full burning sensation. After prodding around i found a large irregular movable lump. I’m worried sick as after researching I found cysts are usually round. Has anyone else had similar symptoms. I’m 39.

    Hi, I’m 38 and I have similar, I found an irregular lump, wired 4 weeks to see if went but it never, went to my GP and she also found it straight away, I don’t have any burning sensation but if I clench my fist or put my arm above my head that area of my breast dimples inwards. Just waiting for my referral to come through, if I don’t hear anything by tomorrow I’ve to ring them.
