I can now feel another tiny hard lump in the same area right next to it. It feels really small and fixed. Driving myself insane with worry now. Not sure how I'll cope with the wait :( I'm getting married in 10 weeks time, I just hope I can still enjoy the day.

hi i am 59 m ine is about 2cm firm itschy got a few small ones under my arm but i dont think mine is breast cancer i had a cancer called hodgekins disease 23yrs ago had it twice once when i was 29 then again when i was 36 i am really scared has well

 dnewey mine is firm but moves I think it’s round and I think it’s smooth but I keep touching it and really beginning to second guess myself now. 
I have lost 10lb in weight over 2 weeks as can’t eat. Thankfully I’m managing to sleep but this is through pure exhaustion from anxiety. 
I like your positive thinking re: it’s not cancer. Surely you cannot be unlucky 3 times. 
I can’t remember if you said you have an appt yet??

i have got an appointment for ct scan next week then another appointment the following week at the clinic something is telling me its my illness come back but i have done very well 23yrs i still feel well i am eating havent been sleeping very well worrying but i am thinking hopfully they can get rid of it for a 3rd time maybe 3rd time lucky 

So sorry to hear that. At least they are being thorough. 

chelbel with what i had its one of the easiest cancers to get rid off someone i know it came back 6 times he had treatment and was ok you will be ok its a terrible worry i know but the treatments outhere are really good now x

We have been through NHL with my OH, he's 7 years in remission and really well.

So so frightened. Some symptoms Mach cyst, some don’t.  Eg - no pain. Frightened to get my hopes up, frightened of the alternative and frightened they won’t know and will be more waiting. I feel sick and cannot concentrate on anything. Does anyone know if they give you some idea on the day?

It depends on whether or not you need a biopsy. If you do, it can take about 1-2 weeks for the results to come back. I have had 2 bouts of breast cancer. On both occasions, I was told that the consultant thought that I had cancer straight away, but I still had to wait for the biopsy results to show that this was right. However, that was all 14 years ago and I'm still keeping well.
