I’m afraid it’s a postcode lottery. I recently had a routine CT scan at a Cancer Centre on a Friday and they scheduled a call from my consultant for the following Friday. The local general hospital has long waits which is why the CC stopped sending patients there - I was happy to drive 20 miles further for a quicker result. Keep chasing them - they ought to plan ahead for Summer holidays - they happen every year! Good luck.
