I've had an ultrasound that found a cyst on my left ovary which they think is Endometriosis but they were questioning my right ovary and couldn't see it clearly enough. The doctor did more bloods and found abnormalities in hormone levels and the specific one for ovarian cancer so have been referred for an urgent gynaecologist appointment. From what the doctor explained they think it is either ovarian cancer, early menopause or PCOS; either one of these is hurrendous for my future. I'm 24 and buying my first house with my partner. How can I tell him that I'm very likely not going to be able to have children?
do I wait til I have the appointment and know what I'm facing or tell him beforehand and make him worry?
I've cried for 2 days straight thinking about all the plans we had and almost mourning the loss of the life I thought I'd have- is that crazy?
