Breast lump in left breast

I found a lump in left breast it's oval and moveable and does hurt if I keep prodding it gp was unsure what it was she said it's pea sized but feels like a grape but due to family history of cancer getting it checked I found one in right breast few yrs back in same area was found to be due to my hormones as going through perimenapause I'm hopping this is the same this new one disappears when I'm lying down gp was not overly concerned she sort of shrugged like she had no idea I'm a worrier since losing my mum to breast cancer 6 yrs ago the waiting is unbearable

    I have a lump that feels the same, also in the left breast. Oval, movable, it's firm but "slippery" as my GP called it. Probably a fibroadenoma. I'm thinking because I came off of hormonal contraception in October 2022 mine could very well be in response to that (as opposed to anything cancer related). 
     

    I was wondering, what did you first lump, the one caused by your hormonal changes at the time, feel like. Did it feel similar to this second one, or different?
