Hi Crazykat, hope you get your appointment soon and it turns out not to be anything to worry about. But I know how scary the wait is. Try to keep busy and distracted, do what makes you happy, go for a walk outdoors, listen to your favourite happy music, etc. I'm praying that you'll be ok xx

I've got a breast lump too and got my referral app on 1st March. Breast cancer runs in my family too, so I'm really struggling with the anxiety of it all :( you got your app date yet? X

I'm sorry you found a lump too I've always suffered high anxieties I'm just hoping it's same as what was found in other breast just fibrocystic changes due to my early menapause but coz of my mum I'm so worried my appt is 1st March too lol a week tomorrow counting down each day keeping busy with my kids and my hobbies to not think about it my appt is in morning luckily so not sitting around all day waiting please let me know how you get on and will be thinking of you do you mind if I ask what your lump feels like ?? 

I'm at work but really struggling to concentrate and can't sleep :(.

What times your app? Mine feels firm and is prob the size of a pea, maybe a little bigger. I've had a lump before and it was nothing so hoping for same again, but I feel even more anxious this time. What does your lump feel like? X

I have a lump that feels the same, also in the left breast. Oval, movable, it's firm but "slippery" as my GP called it. Probably a fibroadenoma. I'm thinking because I came off of hormonal contraception in October 2022 mine could very well be in response to that (as opposed to anything cancer related). 
 

I was wondering, what did you first lump, the one caused by your hormonal changes at the time, feel like. Did it feel similar to this second one, or different?
