Large ovarian cyst removed what next?

Hi everyone, I had a 10cm cyst removed recently with both ovaries and Fallopian tubes as multiple smaller cysts on the right ovary as well, i suppose I have to for the results of the pathology report. I was supposed to start HRT as soon as the operation was over, but told to wait the outcome of the pathology report.

 

is anyone else in the same position or have been through this before?

    I had a similar operation overian cysts and Fallopian tubes removed recently they took multiple biopsies.  There were loads of adhesions I had my results from my consultant at my follow up appointment. I didn't need HRT. Maybe they are waiting for your follow up, also to allow your wounds to heal.
