Worried

Hi everyone.  I have had scans this week and waiting on results.  I am obviously worried but also have to keep working.  I've seen colleagues be diagnosed and also unfortunately pass recently, and my employers are not exactly sympathetic of this kind of situation.  Anyone else had this scenario?

    Hi a few people on forum have had similar problems with struggling with work and management attitudes. 

    Remember if you are diagnosed with cancer you are classed as disabled so you can get help with work problems and you have more rights on your side than before. 

    Hope others will soon reply to give more information and rights you have.

    Thank you for replying.  If only it was that easy . Although I work for a large organisation and get up to 6 months pay  which I know is way more generous than a lot of places, there have been so many times when colleagues in similar situations have been coerced back with the threat of there won't be a job for you.  Hopefully I won't need the time off sick but your reply is much appreciated
