High CA125 and enlarged ovary

I had a high CA125 of 70 5 years ago but it was put down to a small fibroid.

5 years later I've had side pain and back pain so I asked the GP to re do the CA125 and it came back at 350.

I had a scan today and was told my ovary is enlarged and that with the CA125 they need to do an MRI

I am so worried. 
I wonder if it is possible to have an enlarged ovary causing the CA125 to be high and it to be benign? 
 

if anyone has had something similar ? Whilst I am waiting for a dye MRI?

    No words of wisdom I'm afraid, but I am currently going through similar, I just wanted you to know you're not alone, and whilst I know myself it's not easy to avoid jumping to the 'worst case scenario'

    It's good to talk your worries through and don't go Dr Googling as you'll feel much worse for it. 

    I'm  Kate btw and I am 34, I've not had my ca125 bloods done yet still waiting for gynae to receive my referral and make contact, literally was discharged less than a month ago ‍♀️

    I however have a rather enlarged right ovary an indeterminate mass was found on the 18th May last week , so can sympathise and talk if you need it.

    just read your post i hope you are doing well and things are been sorted. Can i ask did you get your ca125 bloods done and what they were? As i have a cyst on left ovarie and my bloods have came back super high but my mri was showing bengin cyst confusing x im now waiting on the next step after a mdt meeting i will be informed what happens next . Very neecous and worried as only 39 with  a 10 year old daughter xx
