My enlarged overies we're not cancerous even though they were complex and solid. I had left sided pain, they removed my overies last year and found extensive adhesions that were probably causing problems as the overy was not visible when they tried to remove it. 
fortunately the,overies and the biopsies that were taken all came back benign.

No words of wisdom I'm afraid, but I am currently going through similar, I just wanted you to know you're not alone, and whilst I know myself it's not easy to avoid jumping to the 'worst case scenario'

It's good to talk your worries through and don't go Dr Googling as you'll feel much worse for it. 

I'm  Kate btw and I am 34, I've not had my ca125 bloods done yet still waiting for gynae to receive my referral and make contact, literally was discharged less than a month ago ‍♀️

I however have a rather enlarged right ovary an indeterminate mass was found on the 18th May last week , so can sympathise and talk if you need it.

After a few weeks of noticeable bloating I had my Ca125 checked and it was 420. An ultrasound and CT have found a suspicious mass on both ovaries which they suspect are malignant (the bloating was ascites). 
 

im waiting for biopsy results from the ascitic fluid they drained and am booked in for a debulking surgery in a few weeks. 
 

I am only 36 and absolutely petrified so you have my sympathy, the wait is horrific.

Havent stopped worrying since this blood test result came back im trying not to think the worst but its hard not to worry when my bloods are so high. I feel like all the waiting makes it worse i wish i could just get it out and deal with it x hope you dont mind me asking just very worried x

just read your post i hope you are doing well and things are been sorted. Can i ask did you get your ca125 bloods done and what they were? As i have a cyst on left ovarie and my bloods have came back super high but my mri was showing bengin cyst confusing x im now waiting on the next step after a mdt meeting i will be informed what happens next . Very neecous and worried as only 39 with  a 10 year old daughter xx

Hi Sarah, my ascitic fluid biopsy came back confirming the presence of cancer cells. I have since had full debulking surgery and been staged as 3a low grade ovarian cancer. I am midway through my chemotherapy sessions now. 
 

I am sorry you are going through this, it really is the worst thing and so stressful. Everything crossed your mass is benign.

awww hun im so sorry you have had to go thru any of this. Thankyou so much for your reply when your going thru such a tough time thats very kind of you. I wish you well and hope you recover better than ever xxx i dont think i had any fluid on my scan they just told me its a cyst thats not cancer but will need removing they put me on a 18week pathway but when i went for my bloods that i asked for a week later  as no one seemed to think i needed them!! theyve come back high! Ca125 ive still not been reffered on a fast track as they said they meed to discuss my results as the Mri shows no sign of cancer just a cyst which is bengin in their opinion

all my ovaries,tubes and uterus looks normal the cyst is sat on top of my ovaries but not affecting them

yet my results come back high! Obviously this has scared me and the consultant said i will find out whats next going forward but my blood can be high due to a cyst and inflammation its all so confusing. I would just rather know and get surgery done its so upsetting all the worry and waiting as you will know. I am trying to stay positive as ive got no symptoms im not tired ive lost no weight im heating as normal quite alot as im greedy! and my periods are regular with no bleeding inbetween only symptom dull ache on tummy xxx 

praying ill be ok as im only 39 with a daughter age 10 its just me and her xxxx

ive worked on haematology for 6 years not as a nurse just admin buy seen every different cancer possible and ive seen the success treatment has so thats giving me a bit of light if i do end up having to fight this disease. Xxxx
