Hi Ka11.  I have had breast cancer twice.  The lumps were hard to the touch, and I had no pain at all.  The only other signs I had that something was wrong was that I kept getting big bruises which were a very deep purple, almost black, but other than that I didn't have any of the 'normal' symptoms.  I would suggest that you book an appointment with your Doctor as soon as possible.  PLEASE don't put it off, because although a lump in the breast is very often not serious, there is always the chance that it MIGHT be cancer.  I am not trying to make you feel even worse than you already do, I know how terrifying this is for you, I have been through it twice, but the sooner you get a diagnosis, the sooner you can get tretaed IF it is something serious.  Please remember that if cancer is caught at an early syage, you have a MUCH higher chance of a complete recovery.  Good luck.
