I was in hospital for 6 days including over the weekend and things moved really slowly. However on my discharge letter I was told that id have an urgent colonoscopy within 2 weeks. So im glad ive had this date to look forward to.

whilst in the hosp i had an abdominal xray which showed inflammation on right hand side however they only done a flexi sig which i have only now just figured out goes up and to the left. Why didnt they do the full colonoscopy at that point?! 
I cant think about anything else at the moment. Literally every time i go to the toilet its loose stools containing blood. 
I really hope you dont have to wait that length of time. My advice would be to go to A & E if things arent progressing as quick as youd like.
