I've just replied to your other post about your upcoming eye biopsy but noticed you made this post as well so I just wanted to reassure you that you are not alone as a lot of our members have been in this position and know how tough the wait can be.

I'm sure you will receive some tips and advice from them soon but I hope this article I've found on how to cope with waiting for news will help as well.

If you feel like you're really struggling though, then don't hesitate to get in touch with your GP for further support and advice.

So sorry you are in this dreaded limbo .  You are certainly not alone .  It is an awful place to be , no words can really describe the fear and despair that take over .  I am also in the same limbo and have found it life cosnuming .  I feel I have no life at the moment just a very slow ticking clock  

I suggest that when you are alone and those times are the worst , try listening to a mindful app , meditation etc , I now use one called Calm , it helps me get to sleep and if I wake (which is most nights) it helps get me back to sleep and not lay there fretting and worrying .  I also got  medication from my GP to help me cope ... it does help to take the edge off , so really do ask for help now whilst you have more time waiting .

Thanks so much for replying it's so lonely isn't it. Nighttime's are the worst I have young kids and keep breaking down thinking about them. Can I ask what medication you got that helped? Sending you love and support. Have u had tests abs are waiting for results?
