Waiting waiting

ive two young children and am so so scared I've two weeks to wait for my biopsy then probably longer for results im not coping very well keep crying (not near my children) and am so anxious and scared im dying. How can I get through each day I can't concentrate on work even as a distraction ?

    I've just replied to your other post about your upcoming eye biopsy but noticed you made this post as well so I just wanted to reassure you that you are not alone as a lot of our members have been in this position and know how tough the wait can be.

    I'm sure you will receive some tips and advice from them soon but I hope this article I've found on how to cope with waiting for news will help as well.

    If you feel like you're really struggling though, then don't hesitate to get in touch with your GP for further support and advice.
