didnt have best night sleep as i lie on my left side and  where mass / thickening / lump is on my left breast , i do try sleep on my right but must turn over in my sleep 

thinking if getting fleece blanket as a some kind of padding 

Yes maybe a bit of extra padding will help 

Hi I feel as if I'm in the same boat Anxious Nelly, just joined this forum(?) so hope I'm replying correctly!! I went to my GP two days ago with pain in my left breast and shoulder, she examined me and said she could feel a couple of lumpy areas in my breast and referred me to the local hospital for a mammogram, I received a letter from the hospital this morning advising that I'd been fast tracked by my GP, my appointment is in a couple of weeks!!  I must add that I've had breast cancer before about 12 years ago!!  Feel worried to say the least!!

Hiya yeah my doctor said she could feel lumpy breast tissue i had 2 mammograms and ultrasound and obviously doctor felt but they said all was OK nothing to worry about at all I thought I had dimpling aswell but they where thorough when checking etc so I do feel confident but I still get twinges in boobs and a couple in shoulder but I'm putting shoulder down to my arm I've had elbow pain for about 5/6 months and my hands go funny not pins and needles like pressure I also get pains in fingers I do need to ho to the doctors to sort that out but I suffer so bad with health anxiety so I have been worried that it's something very serious aswell but I need to get over this ordeal of breast clinic etc I know it sounds very dramatic but don't think I can suffer anxiety so soon if tgeybwant to send me for scans bloods etc
