Swelling in front of neck and left side

Hi, last week I noticed some swelling in the front of neck going to the left also. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm worried sick, I've googled my symptoms and it keeps pointing to cancer. I've been to see the go who has referred me for blood tests and an ultrasound scan.

Hi darling,
I haven't experienced this, but I've got a growth inside my mouth on my cheek.. size of a pea. I went to the drs Friday she did a physical exam and felt my neck, she then said I need a urgent referral for suspected head and neck cancer.

just wanted to message to say your not alone x

I had a phone call from the hospital today, appointment Thursday to see Oral maxillofacial surgeons.
i felt my neck earlier and can feel a lump on the same side as the growth in my mouth!

It's the not knowing!!
