You will have to get a referral from your doctor.  but in the meantime you can look at consultants in your area to get a name and you can book an appointment with one.  I had to ring 3 before I got one for next week.  The doctor will send the letter to the consultant.  This is the quickest way to do it.  I went through Bupa website to find one.

Hello Kernow, how kind of you to remember. I had some fatty tissue and also they found quite a few cysts. I made myself so poorly this last week with worry I am trying really hard to de stress. I still have my nhs app booked for the 12th and last night felt like I would still go to just double check  but don't want to get overly obsessed if that makes sense.

That's good news.  I would want a second opinion if i had the opportunity, that's just me.  But I think they have given you the answers you need and the best outcome
